There are several aspects of our work that we want to address up front with every potential candidate: First, CONFIDENTIALITYwe simply will not send your resume anywhere without your expressed prior permission. Period.

Furthermore, all of us at ISC are committed to the basic principles of PROFESSIONAL COURTESY - we return phone calls, as promptly as possible, regardless of circumstance

Associates at ISC practice FUNDAMENTAL HONESTY - we will shoot straight with you, giving you as much information as we have at that time about the company, the specific opportunity in question, and your status in the hiring process.  If an issue arises where we are unable to answer a question truthfully because of our commitments to clients or other candidates, we simply tell you that, and share what information we can.

And finally, we RESPECT your decisions, because ultimately, you are the one who has to live with those decisions.

We do have expectations of our candidates, too, and we let you know what they are. We expect you to deal straightforwardly with us, advising us if your job search changes. We expect you to return our calls, and to provide information as necessary. We expect you to consult with us and remain open to our input on issues where we will have notable expertise, such as interview preparation. And we expect our candidates to know better than to even consider counteroffers from their current employers.
